Fabric Chicks gladly accepts all major credit cards including paypal.  Personal checks are accepted with a 10 day clearance hold.

Shipping

US Customers

We ship via US Postal Service Flat Rate Priority envelopes and boxes.  Shipping charges are:

Purchase total of      .01 - $42.00=  $5.30 shipping
Purchase total of  42.01 - $84.00 = $11.35 shipping
Purchase total of  84.01 - $150.00 = $15.45 shipping 
Purchase total of  $150 - up  =  Free Shipping 

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation ~ Tracking and Delivery confirmation may be added to your order for an additional fee of $0.85.  To add Tracking and Delivery to your order go to shipping options and add it to your cart.

Insurance ~ Insurance maybe be added to your order for an additional fee of $1.85 for up to a $50.00 order, $2.35 for up to a $100 order, 2.90 for up to a $200 order and $4.85 for up to a $300 order.  To add insurance to your order go to the shipping options and add it to your cart.

 

International Customers

We ship via US Postal Service using the large USPS International Global Priority mailing envelope which will hold 7 yards of cotton fabric. Even though Global priority mailers are extremely reliable, they cannot be tracked through the US postal service therefore shipments are at buyer’s own risk.  You are required to go under shipping options and select the correct additional shipping charge and add it to your cart.

Purchase total of  $0.01 - $42.00  =  $16.95  shipping
Purchase total of  $42.01 - $84.00 = $47.95 shipping
Purchase total of  $84.01 - $150.00 = $60.95 shipping 
Purchase total of  $150 - up  =  Please contact us for shipping rates

If shipping is lower than web site calculates, we will refund your money within 24 hours of shipping.

 

In Store Pick-ups

Online orders may be picked up at the shop.  To do so, please order them from the website and write “PICKUP” in the note section of the payment screen. When you come into the shop for your fabric the shipping charge will be refunded to you in the form of a shop discount. Please allow 1 day processing before picking up your fabric at the shop.

 

Returns

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you should receive a product that is defective, before washing or cutting please contact us and we will exchange the item or refund your money. Fabric Chicks does not accept returns of non-defective merchandise. Due to differences in computer monitors, color being different than expected is NOT considered to be defective merchandise and may not be returned for refund.

Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
